Please note that shipping rates for remote locations including (but not exclusive to) Nunavut, Northwest Territories, Yukon, Alaska and Hawaii are higher. We will contact you with any additional shipping charges that might apply. Longer delivery times are also likely to remote locations.  Heavy or Bulky Item Exception:  some items are particularly heavy or bulky and additional shipping charges may apply.  In most cases the extra charge will be included at checkout, but there may be instances where we will contact you and inform you of additional item shipping charges.
 
 
 
 
Our Easy Return Policy

 
 
 
 
Your satisfaction is our first priority. If you do not like your purchase simply send it back for a refund or exchange. There is a restocking fee of 25% on all returns for refund, unless waived by our Customer Support Agent. DMP Clubwear is not responsible for manufacturer defects. Contact our customer service by email only at dmpclubwear@hotmail.com and mention your order number, items you are returning (product codes) and reason for return. We will respond in 24 hours during weekdays.
 You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") number within our Return request period. Return request period is within 7 days calendar days from the date you received your order. Once issued, RMA numbers are valid for 15 days within which dmpclubwear.com must receive return products. RMA numbers will not be extended or reissued. Customer should prominently display the RMA number(s) on the shipping label of boxes containing the returned product. dmpclubwear.com will not accept returns without prior authorization and an RMA number. NO EXCEPTIONS. All returns without RMA number will be refused and sent back to the customer at customer's expense.

1. Returns must be made within 15 days from order date.

2. Returned items must be in their original condition and original packaging with all tags attached. Otherwise they will not be accepted for return.

3. These items are NOT RETURNABLE:* Items that are soiled, worn, DAMAGED AFTER WORN, laundered and/or odor (this include ANY odor, perfume etc.)
 
*  By law, we can not accept return on items from lingerie section- panties, g-strings and thongs, stockings, pantyhose and socks, teddies,bikini, any fishnet material clubwear for hygiene purposes once they have been tried on or worn. We will considered open package on such items as tried on or worn.

 4. All costumes, seasonal costumes, special on sale, Undergarments, Jewelry, Accessories Items, Latex, and any made to (special) order items are not RETURNABLE.   Please note that costume styles can change without notice due to a change in the manufacturer's production. These changes, no matter how slight, are beyond our control. We apologize for any inconvenience.

6. For return or exchange you must follow guideline on this page and include all original package on items, copy of the invoice and a note with reason for return/Exchange.

7. We don't offer exchanges due to quick stock turn over so if you need a different size or costume, you must place a new order for the needed replacement item(s) and return the item(s) you have already received.
IMPORTANT: Package will be refused/returned to the carrier at customer's expense without a valid RMA number. We are NOT responsible if the package is lost or stolen.
 
8. Shipping charges for returns will be at the customer's expense unless the item received was a shipping error on our part. Customers must inform dmpclubwear.com of any order discrepancy within 3 days from the receiving date so that we may investigate and resolve the situation accordingly.

9. Refused shipment will be charged to your credit card for shipping and handling fee. Customers are responsible for the cost of re-sending the refused shipment.

11. All clearance items are NOT refundable or exchangeable. All sales are final on clearance items.
